When you purchase an online yoga course, or agree to attend an in person class/ buy credits, or purchase a digital product from our website, Game Changer Yoga, you accept the terms and conditions of purchase. These are as follows:

  1. We recommend that you seek medical advice prior to doing any online yoga classes or in person classes or courses with us;
  2. You acknowledge that all exercise involves a risk of personal injury, and agree to take responsibility for your health and well-being with regard to our yoga classes and courses;
  3. Digital products are generally not refundable, however within 28 days of purchase, please get in touch if you have any issues or concerns about the download and we will seek to resolve the issue where possible;
  4. Quality of videos will differ depending on the device you use to watch them and the internet connection you use to download them. We recommend a good internet connection to download our products.

I agree to the following:

  1. I am participating in yoga classes led by Emma. During which I will receive instruction and information about yoga, exercise and health.
  2. I acknowledge that all exercise involves some form of exertion and that all exercise, including yoga, involves a risk of personal injury.
  3. I agree to take responsibility for my health and well-being with regard to our yoga classes and courses;
  4. I understand that it is my personal responsibility to seek medical advice before doing exercise, including attending yoga classes;
  5. To the best of my knowledge, I have represented all major issues, ailments and conditions and informed by teacher;
  6. If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
  7. In order to be be permitted to participate in the yoga classes, courses or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries;
  8. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my instructor or substitute teacher for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes, courses or workshops;
  9. I take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes.

Your attendance at class represents acceptance of these conditions.
